At Koated.co, every order is prepared with precision and care. Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final. However, we understand that things can happen — and your satisfaction remains our top priority.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products for hygiene reasons.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@koated.co or via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item.

• Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

 

 

 

Cancellations

 

 

• Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

• Once your order has been fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

 

 

 

Pre-Orders

 

 

• All pre-orders are custom-batched and made to order. Pre-order sales are non-refundable once processing begins.

 

 

 

International Orders

 

 

• Koated.co is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or held by customs. Any duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
